Erik Frank is to step down as CEO of Volia, Ukraine’s largest cable operator.
He has been in the post since November 2009 and will remain as an advisor for the first few months of this year to ensure a smooth and effective transition.
Frank will be replaced by Gyorgy Zsembery, who was most recently the COO of the Hungarian company Invitel.
