Russia’s CTC Media has appointed Konstantin Khachaturov as its chief business support officer.
He has also become a member of the CTC Media management board. Khachaturov has headed a directorate for organisational development and business support that includes business administration, organisational development, human resources, IT and TV technology departments.
Most recently, from 2008 until this year, he was VP in charge of corporate development at Sitronics.
CTC Media lists MTG as its largest shareholder and includes the channels CTC, Domashny and Peretz among its interests.
