A body responsible for municipal enterprises (KZHSE) has filed a law suite in the Kiev Economic Court against Volia, Ukraine’s leading cable operator.
According to Kommersant, it is claiming UAH400,000 (€37,489) for the placement of reception equipment in 1,300 homes in the capital, Kiev.
KZHSE claims that Volia failed to enter into an agreement with it following the expiry of a previous one.
However, Volia has denied this, adding that KZHSE is charging an inflated rate.
