The httvBox by httv is an embedded software solution for connected TVs and STBs available for all TV distribution platforms: from pure broadcast (DVB-T/T2/ S/S2/ C front-ends) to pure IP (IPTV, OTT) and hybrid.
Built on Linux, it supports a profile-driven user experience, giving each family member their own personal mosaic; non-linear TV services, such as VOD, catch-up TV and Push VOD; enhanced EPG, web browsing and multi-source media playback.
The System on a Chip (SoC) will be on display on the ST Microelectronics stand as well as that of httv itself.
