Kabel Deutschland KDG will start distributing Turner Broadcasting System Deutschland’s Cartoon Network HD in October, to be followed by Boomerang HD sometime in 2013.
Sony Pictures Television (SPT) has taken a majority stake in British production company Left Bank Pictures. Under this new agreement, SPT will also distribute future Left Bank Pictures television content, both finished programming and formats, and will have a first look distribution option on feature films produced by the company.
ESPN America HD has signed a distribution deal with TV d’Orange to bring the channel to the platform in France. The channels is part of the sports bouquet costing €10 a months. The package consists of Eurosport 1 and 2, Nautical Channel, ESPN Classic and Motors TV.
