Sky Austria and T-Mobile are launching a combined mobile TV product called Mobiles Entertainment von Sky, powered by T-Mobile, today, August 22.
The new service brings live sports, movies and TV series to iPhones and iPads on the go. Sky customers who already have a Sky Go subscription receive a free mobile phone and data card.
“Live is becoming ever more mobile and so is television. We are pleased – as smartphone experts – to bring this offer from Sky to mobile phones and tablets,” said Thomas Kicker, marketing manager T-Mobile Austria.
Mobiles Entertainment von Sky costs €43.90 per month and includes the basic Sky Welt bouquet plus one premium package, HD channels and Sky Go. The offer also includes a free Sky satellite receiver.
