Liberty Global has reduced the capital held in the Czech division of Chello Central Europe.
Quoting a company document, E15 says the transfer amounts to CZK110 million (€4.35 million), leaving the division with capital of CZK18 million.
This will be the second time in a matter of weeks that Liberty has transferred Czech capital, the first being when it absorbed the company CPS.
Chello Central Europe posted sales of CZK290 million and a profit of CZK17 million last year in the Czech Republic.
