Spain’s leading cable operator Ono already had over 34,000 subscribers to its TiVo product at the end of June.
In its latest set of results, the company says that by that date TiVo, launched only in October 2011, was already available on 92% of its network, adding that “we believe there are early signs of positive market acceptance as showcased by the positive momentum in customer acquisitions, the low churn levels and the excellent satisfaction metrics experienced by customers subscribing to this service.”
Ono had a total of 1,861,000 residential (fibre and ADSL) customers at the end of Q2.
Its revenues in the 12 months to June 30 amounted to €1,525 million, EBITDA €757 million, EBITDA margin 49.7% and operating cash flow €470 million.
