The Estonian incumbent telco Elion gained an additional 4,000 subscribers to its TV services in the first half of this year, ending June with a total of nearly 146,500.
It also had 205,500 internet customers, or 3,000 more than at the start of the year, while total investment in the first of the year, most of it on network development, amounted to nearly €15 million.
Elion’s share of the cable market in Estonia in the first quarter was 41% and that the internet sector 56.3%.
Although Q2 figures have not yet been confirmed, both are expected to show growth in the period.
Elion’s turnover in the first half of the year amounted to €99.3 million and EBITDA €27.5 million.
