Amazon’s Lovefilm in Germany has signed a deal with Scandinavian movie house MFA+ Filmdistribution, which brings Lars von Trier’s “Antichrist to the VOD service as well as works by Astrid Lindgren and Stieg Larson.
Sky Deutschland has announced an agreement with Munich based Constantin Film, which brings all titles of the distributor to the pay TV platform. The contract covers all production till the end of 2015.
Sony’s CEO and Vevo founder Doug Morris told the LA Times that he will pull Vevo’s music videos from Google’s YouTube and shop them around to its competitors if it doesn’t reduce its fees. The current contract runs out at the end of the year.
