European Commissioner Neelie Kroes has reassured the cable industry by suggesting that Europe can expect durable regulatory guidance for all investors in next generation infrastructure.
According to Manual Kohnstamm, president of Cable Europe, she gave a positive signal of confidence to those in the digital communications market engaged in the long-term investment in tomorrow’s broadband infrastructure.
Cable is helping to shape these infrastructures around the consumer of tomorrow with fibre-rich networks that are already today delivering on plans for 2020.
