WATCH VIDEOS. The BBC has unveiled the title sequence for the London 2012 Olympic Games.
This 60-second trailer premiered on BBC One during half-time in the Euro 2012 final.
Based on a ‘Stadium UK’ concept, bringing the nation together in a huge Olympic Stadium to enjoy the BBC’s comprehensive coverage of the London 2012 Games.The animation will be seen on television coverage and used on computers, mobiles, tablets and connected TV.
The soundtrack is performed by Mercury Prize-winning band Elbow.
‘First Steps’ will be available as a digital-only download from July 27, with all profits going to BBC Children in Need and Sport Relief.
