Luxe.TV, the first global television channel dedicated to the world of luxury and lifestyle, made its US debut on satellite DTH platform DISH.
The distribution agreement was announced by Paul Heinerscheid, president and CEO of Opuntia Inc. (US division) at Luxe.TV, and Chris Kuelling, VP of international programming at DISH.
Remarked Mr. Heinerscheid: “I am particularly pleased that we could launch our channel in the United States on DISH, which is a leading system operator with the best foreign language offering. I look forward to a long and fruitful association between our companies.”
“DISH is thrilled to be the first pay-TV provider that offers Luxe.TV to viewers in the US,” said Mr. Kuelling. “This channel is included in our impressive lineup of more than 240 international programming options in 29 languages.”
Luxe.TV’s luxury and lifestyle programming is available in both English and French in DISH’s international basic and French bouquet packages for $10 or $19.99 per month, respectively.
