RTL Deutschland’s online Clipfish portal is launching Dooloop, a new on-demand music service with 42,000 videos.
Viewers can watch the videos in the XXL player. After signing in with their Facebook account, and using the Like button, people will be able to create a personalized music video experience.
Thorsten Sandhaus, CEO Clipfish, in a statement: “With ‘dooloop’ we are expanding our music portfolio, which combines interesting features in the areas of social media, social TV and an intelligent playlist. The integrated access to Facebook offers both a direct exchange with others online ans allows users a quick and intelligent personalisation of the programme. ”
Dooloop is part of Clipfish Music, which claims to have one of the largest libraries of music videos in Germany, thanks to agreements with Universal Music, Sony Music, EMI Music and Warner Music and independents such as the Beggars Group, Kontor Records and Embassy of Music.
