ANGA CABLE 2012 – Cologne. Eutelsat Kabelkiosk, Germany’s headend-in-the sky, is adding six new channels during the next few weeks.
The new additions include four HD channels. From June 26, the platform will start to distribute Spiegel TV Wissen HD and Sony AXN HD in the Family XL HD bouquet and RTL II HD and Super RTL HD in BasisHD. The total number of HD channels is 20.
Also new in the Kabelkiosk are RTL Nitro and Deutsches Wetter Fernsehen, both in SD. The platform offers 36 SD channels in total.
The Kabelkiosk basic bouquet BasisHD retails at €3.90; Family XL HD costs €14.90 a month and additional packages costs €5.90 and consists of HD Extra, Lifestyle, Doku & News and Music & Emotion. A combination of two additions cost €9.90.
