ANGA Cable 2012 – Cologne. Nagra is planning to show a number of technologies from across the multiscreen field. These include service management platforms and advanced client technologies for the delivery of over-the-top content.
Nagra’s multiscreen solution incorporates user interfaces, multiscreen video management platform, STB middleware (through Open TV), a secure player and a DRM solution.
In the home the Nagra gateway enables PCs to access broadcast channels without putting pressure on network infrastructure or requiring a home media gateway.
SmarDTV will demonstrate a turnkey solution for Cable VOD in SmarCAMs (Conditional Access Modules) based on CI Plus and HbbTV. A new innovative solution dedicated to hospitality areas (hotels, hospitals, clinics) will also be showcased.
