The Polish cable operator Vectra is to add nine channels from Polsat to its offer at the beginning of October.
This follows an agreement between the two parties signed on May 29.
The channels in question – Polsat HD, Polsat 2, Polsat News, Polsat Sport News, Polsat Sport (SD and HD), Polsat Sport Extra (SD and HD) and Polsat Café – will join the flagship channel Polsat, which is already carried by Vectra.
UPC Polska, the country’s leading cable operator, has meanwhile added Polsat Sport News and Polsat Sport Extra HD to its offer.
It now claims to provide its subscribers with more sports channels – 24, seven of which are in HD – than any of its competitors.
