The Russian cable operator ER Telecom has made its full triple play offer available in the cities of Tula and Bryansk and will also extend it to Tver in the first half of this month.
According to the company, this follows the introduction of telephony services in all three locations.
ER Telecom has a FTTH network and currently provides telephony services to a total of 280,000 subscribers in 32 cities throughout Russia.
Its stated goal is to account for 20% of both the country’s cable TV and internet markets by 2015.
