The German ProSiebenSat.1 group is launching an Austrian version of its female skewed Sixx channel, Sixx Austria in July.
Dutch FTTH provider Multivisie is adding six HD channels to its line-up. New are National Geographic Channel HD and 24Kitchen HD, while the operator is replacing the SD versions of MTV, Comedy Central, Kindernet and Discovery Channel with their HD simlucast.
KPN is increasing the prices of its two TV products. DTT service Digitenne now costs €9.50 per month (up 50 cents), while the price of the operator’s IPTV platform is increased by one euro.
Danish cablenet YouSee is planning three new HD channels for its ‘Fuldpakken’ (Full Package) subscribers. MTV HD, Kanal Sport HD and Disney HD will all be introduced over the coming week.
