The Croatian alternative telco Optima Telekom ended the first quarter with 17,500 subscribers to its OptiTV television service, distributed through the company’s own LLU network.
This represented a 14.4% rise over three months 47.7% more than a year earlier.
Its DSL subscriber total, again through the LLU network, amounted to 72,289, 4.9% and 16.2% up on three months and a year earlier respectively.
Optima Telekom’s revenues Q1 were HRK145.878 million (€19.390 million), or 24.6% more than in the same period last year. EBITDA was meanwhile HRK21,545 million (+21% year-on-year).
Optima Telekom has a 250,000km fibre-optic network and over the past six years established itself as the second largest telco in Croatia.
