Switzerland’s leading cable operator upc cablecom will add 26 new digital TV channels, six of them in HD, and 22 previous channels in HD throughout the country on June 5.
At the same time, viewers in the German-speaking part of Switzerland will be offered the new digital channels RTL Nitro and Glitz HD, as well as 12 existing channels in HD.
The Liberty Global-backed operator has already announced that it will offer its viewers the three German private channels Sat.1, ProSieben and kabel eins in HD.
