The Czech public broadcaster Ceska Televize (CT) aims to finally launch its first HbbTV service on May 4.
Quoting the broadcaster’s profile on Facebook, Digizone reports that it will be Teletext HD and a basic app for the Ice Hockey World Championship, which starts on that date.
CT will be the first broadcaster in the Czech Republic to offer HbbTV services, having already been undertaking trials for a number of months.
It aims to eventually include its popular iVysilani on demand service in the offer.
