Adrian Sarbu, president and CEO of Central European Media Enterprises (CME), has ceased to be a director of CET 21, the licence holder for the leading Czech broadcaster TV Nova.
So too, according to several local reports, has Oliver Martin Meister, wit the two being replaced Anthony Chhoy, VP at CME, and Jan Andrusko, the head of TV Nova.
David Andrew Sturgeon, the deputy CFO at CME, remains the third director at CET 21.
Similar changes are understood to have taken place in the other Central and East European market in which CME has a presence in.
