Poland’s leading DTH platform Cyfrowy Polsat has launched an online music-based subscription service.
Known as muzo.pl, it gives users unlimited access to close to a million titles from major producers, including Sony Music and Universal Music, as well as those from independent producers (among them Prosto and My Music) distributed by Propolis Media) for PLN9.90 (€2.37) a month.
The DTH platform is also engaged in talks with other companies, including EMI Music, Warner Music and Orchard, which could increase the size of its library to 5 million titles.
The service is available in three versions: muzo, giving access to 20 hours of listening a month free of charge on a PC application; muzo+, unlimited access, without commercials, through a PC application for PLN9.90 a month; and muzoGO, unlimited access, without commercials, through a PC application or mobile device, also for PLN9.90 a month.
