KIT digital founder Kaleil Isaza Tuzman is stepping aside from his role as CEO to become the video technology company’s full time chairman.
In a series of management changes Barak Bar-Cohen, currently the company’s chief administrative officer is to become interim CEO while the company searches for a permanent replacement.
Lead independent director Wayne Walker said, “These changes represent a flexible and prudent approach to our future. We are grateful to Kaleil, who for many years has demonstrated a clear and prescient vision of where the video technology industry is heading”.
The company said the moves were part of a long-term plan to change the board’s composition. Gavin Campion, Robin Smyth, Chris Williams, and independent director Santo Politi have resigned from the board with the intention of bringing in additional talent from outside the company.
