The Czech and Slovak DTH platforms Skylink and CS Link, both of which have been under the same ownership since last September, will shortly be restructured.
E15 reports that this will involve the management of both companies moving to Luxembourg and their former management companies TradeTec and Media Vision being merged into the parent company M77 Group.
According to Jaromir Glisnik, the head of both platforms, the restructuring should be completed this month.
As part of the process, a number of external companies will provide services to the two platforms.
They include Eviso Czech Republic (marketing), JoVi (card sales), ACS Czech Republic (customer services) and E4C Group (satellite distribution).
Despite being under the same ownership, Skylink and CS Link continue operate as distinct services.
UPC Direct, which operates the freeSAT DTH platform in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, is also based in Luxembourg.
