The first HbbTV tests have got under way in Poland. They are being undertaken on the channel TVN HD, which is being distributed via DVB-T from the Place of Culture in Warsaw.
The tests coincide with a one-day conference entitled aplikacje.tv and focussing on connected TVs that is being held today in the Polish capital.
Up until now, the only HbbTV services available to Polish viewers have been German language channels distributed by Astra at 19 degrees East.
