CABSAT 2012 – DUBAI. Conax has extended its partnership with the DTT platform Malivision.
As a result, it will upgrade Conax CAS7 to its Conax Contego flagship content security solution to secure Malivision’s MMDS operations.
Conax Contego is being featured at Cabsat, which launched officially today (February 28) at the World Trade Centre in Dubai.
Malivision was established in December 2002 and took over the operations of TV Klédu, one of the first African MMDS operations to replay images in analogue.
DTT trials began in the Malian capital Bamako in late 2003 and the following year Malivision became the first operator in Africa to offer DTT services to its subscribers.
