The leading Czech broadcaster TV Nova will cease its remaining analogue transmissions on Sunday, February 12.
This will follow the switch off of signals in the areas of Jesenik and Zlin.
CME-backed TV Nova began its transition to digital broadcasting in 2008, while the Czech Republic as a whole effectively completed the process in November last year.
TV Nova is distributed by the country’s second DTT multiplex, operated by the national transmission company Ceske Radiokomunikace (CRa).
A HD version of the channel is meanwhile carried on the fourth multiplex.
