Pace has announced further changes to its operating structure following the Leighton review.
The set-top developer is dropping the role of chief operating officer, a move that has led to the departure of current COO David McKinney.
Key operations and procurement functions will now report to the recently installed CEO Mike Pulli.
“The new senior structure gives the CEO direct line of sight to the critical areas of the business. However, it’s important to acknowledge the significant contribution that David has made to Pace over the last six years in building its operational capabilities,” said Pace chairman Allan Leighton.
Separately, Tim O’Loughlin has been appointed President of Pace Americas. O’Loughlin replaces Pulli in the role, following his appointment as Pace CEO in December 2011.
Pulli described O’Loughlin’s appointment as providing “continuity of leadership”. O’Loughlin has worked for Pace over ten years, the last eight in the Americas.
