The digital TV service offered by the Polish cable operator Vectra can now be received in 104 towns and cities throughout the country.
According to the company, existing analogue customers can upgrade to digital for a minimal one-off fee.
Furthermore, they are then charged the same subscription fee as previously, in some instances for several dozen more channels.
Vectra’s offer consists of 156 channels, 23 of which are in HD, and the company is also the leading distributor of local TV channels in Poland, with the latter being made available to over 600,000 households in 92 towns and cities.
Vectra has a total of 787,000 subscribers, almost half of who (360,000) receive digital TV services.
