Serbia Broadband (SBB) has completed the acquisition of the cable operator K.D.S Novi Sad.
In a statement, the latter says that its infrastructure will now take several months to upgrade, during which time there may be some short-term fluctuations in its service.
As of the beginning of this week K.D.S Novi Sad has an offer that consists of new analogue and digital packages of up to 110 channels, along with internet access starting at 6 Mbps.
SBB is backed by Mid Europa Partners (MEP) and the leading cable operator in Serbia.
It also operates the pan-regional DTH platform Total TV.
