APPSWORLD – LONDON. Zeebox will be rolled out to key European territories and the US early next year, according to Anthony Rose, the company’s CEO.
At present it is only available in the UK but can be accessed worldwide.
When questioned as to how the service will be monetised, he said that the first step would be to build an audience. There will also be opportunities from affiliate purchases and from the second screen.
Rose added that the latest feature on Zeebox, which will be introduced next week, will give users the opportunity to follow the Tweets of 1,000 TV and other celebrities.
