The Russian cable operator ER Telecom has begun providing services in the cities of Tver and Rostov-on-Don.
It is currently offering subscribers internet access of up to 100 Mbps and 65 TV channels, which can received either separately or together.
As in all other locations ER Telecom is present in, its services in the two cities are being delivered by FTTH technology.
ER Telecom has extended its services to 14 more cities so far this year, and in October it reported a total of over 3.65 million subscribers.
