Ono starts TiVo campaign

November 15, 2011 07.28 Europe/London By Chris Dziadul

Spain’s Ono has launched its first advertising campaign for TiVo.

Starring the US actor Christian Slater, it will air on the TV channels Telemadrid and TV3 for three weeks.

Commenting on the campaign, which has been planned by the agency CHINA, with Nines Alcade responsible for advertising on Ono and Fish Films for its production, the cableco’s marketing director Antonio Valor said:

“We want to show all the potential users TiVo and highlight the unique television experience that Ono has brought to Spain. With smart TV Ono customers will be able to access a new audiovisual dimension, enabling them to enjoy true HD quality and content in full 3D. And thanks to the recording system, decide when multiple users want to watch the content.”

TiVo is being initially introduced in Madrid and Barcelona, before being rolled out to other parts of the country over the coming months.
