German cable operator Primacom is beefing up its HD offer with two more channels, Anixe HD and Servus HD.
The total number of HD channels on the network is now 12, all of which are available at no additional charge. Primacom said that it is the only cabler in the country that doesn’t charge extra for the private HD channels.
Primacom also launched a pre-Christmas marketing campaign offering a free HD cable receiver and a monthly basic subscription fee of €9.99 during the first six months instead of the regular €19.99.
Primacom’s basic offer consists of around 200 digital SD channels and 12 HD channels.
