Norwegian cablenet Get has introduced a new user interface for its flagship set-top the Get Box HD PVR.
The operator is describing the new interface, developed in partnership with NDS, as bringing a whole new TV experience. It also brings with it a range of new services.
Around 250,000 customers received the upgrade as an over-the-air download.
“The Get Box has recently been on top in tests for the best user experience. However, we have worked hard to make this even better, and are pleased that our customers can now get clearer access to the TV services and access to new services, said Get CEO Gunnar Evensen.
Optimised for HDTV, there is access and information to over 3,000 movie titles. There is also news from the public broadcaster NRK and details of the operator’s programme packages.
