ITV has officially launched its app for the ITV Player iPhone and iPad. The Apple iOS application makes its debut just a week after a similar product for Android devices.
Users within the UK can catch up on programmes from the last seven days across ITV1, ITV2, ITV3 and ITV4.
Included are programme recommendations and the ability to search for programmes both by channel and alphabetically.
There are some restrictions, for example viewers in some areas will only be able to view content from ITV2, ITV3 and ITV4. Connection to a Wi-Fi network is also required.
