Food Network UK has appointed Kate Bradshaw as consultant head of digital.
Based in London, she will report to Food Network EMEA’s managing director Nick Thorogood and be responsible for developing and driving the network’s numerous digital initiatives.
Bradshaw has 16 years of extensive digital media experience, with her most recent position being deputy MD and head of online commissioning for ITV.com, during which she was awarded an International Emmy in 2010.
Prior to that, she was director of new media production for IMG Creative and executive interactive editor for BBC Two and BBC Four.
Food Network UK has also appointed Sue Walton as consultant head of commissioning and original content. As a member of the network’s senior management team, Walton will be based in London and responsible for series development, identifying local talent as well as commissioning and executive producing original, regional productions and co-productions.
Most recently Walton was at ITV Studios where she served as head of daytime. Previously Walton worked as series producer at the BBC in Entertainment and Features and in the independent sector.
