Bert Habets, CEO of RTL Nederland, rang the opening bell of the Amsterdam stock market at 9am this morning. This was to commemorate the tenth anniversary of business news channel RTL Z.
RTL Z was launched ten years ago and is the only Dutch TV daytime news channel that combines news with financial and economic reporting.
Today, Monday June 6, programming on the channel is devoted to the ten years of its existence with short video on major topics dealing with employment, investment, the introduction of the euro, commodities, housing, news on television, the Dutch economy, politics and executives.
