Romania’s RCS&RDS has transferred its 25% stake in Music Channel to Integrasoft, a company that it wholly owns.
According to ZF, Integrasoft now holds a 50% stake in the channel, with the remaining 50% owned by Francesco Giovanni-Mario.
The latter’s stake was increased to 50% by the acquisition of 2.5% of shares from George Magureanu-Poptean.
RCS&RDS, which is the leading provider of pay-TV services is Romania, acquired another music channel, named U TV, earlier this year.
