BBC Worldwide has opted for GlobeCast to provide playout and media workflow for its four Polish language channels.
GlobeCast’s solution for BBC Worldwide includes ingest and workflow set-up, secure storage, subtitling, graphics, encoding, encryption and delivery of the Polish language versions of BBC Knowledge in HD, BBC Entertainment, BBC Lifestyle and CBeebies via the Eutelsat Hot Bird (13 degrees East).
GlobeCast has been providing satellite delivery of the four channels to Central and Eastern Europe and Southeast Asia for the past three years.
