The Polish commercial broadcaster TV Puls expects its revenues to grow by 70% and net profit by around 50% this year.
The news was given by Dariusz Dabski, the company’s owner and president, quoted in Rzeczpospolita.
He added that TV Puls plans to increase its annual programming budget to around PLN20 million (€5 million) this year.
Dabski also confirmed that he is looking for a programming or joint venture partner for Puls 2, a new DTT channel it plans to launch by the end of this year.
He addition said that TV Puls would like to launch an internet-delivered TV service and at the same time confirmed that the company is now neither looking for an investor nor planning a floatation.
