The international children’s channel KidCo is to launch this March on SHEF, the leading IPTV and cable service provider in Finland.
Commenting on the move, Glenn Bridger, content director at SHEF, said: “Family orientated programming is a vital component of SHEF Finland’s scheduling and we are delighted to be able to offer our viewers the quality content that KidsCo delivers. KidsCo’s combination of original programming and classic favourites engages young minds and puts parents at ease, safe in the knowledge that they will be watching age appropriate content that is stimulating and rewarding.”
Paul Robinson, CEO at KidsCo, added: We are delighted to be launching in Finland, adding SHEF to our existing profile. We are proud of our expansion in Europe and it continues to be a growth market for us. We believe strongly that SHEF shares KidsCo’s aim to deliver quality programming that both educates and entertains kids.”
