The new generation DTH platform n is set to become the leading satellite provider of HD channels in Poland next month when it adds three more to its offer.
With the channels – HBO2 HD, HBO Comedy HD and Cinemax 2HD – n will carry a total of 25 in the format, including the existing services HBO HD and Cinemax HD.
Platform n is owned by the national commercial broadcaster TVN and operates in a market also served by its sister service Telewizja na karte (TNK), Cyfrowy Polsat, Cyfra+ and TP.
It claimed over 735,000 subscribers at the end of Q3 2010.
