Haluk Kurcer has taken over as the director general of the Romanian station Kanal D.
According to Media Expres, he has replaced Hatice Kolat, who has retired.
Kolat had been in the post since Kanal D made its debut in February 2007, while Kurcer has held an executive role in the company since January 2010.
Kanal D is operated by Dogan Media International, a subsidiary of Turkey’s Dogan Yayin Holding (DYH).
