Three Dutch regional public broadcasters have now made their catch-up TV service available on Philips Net TV. Programmes from Omroep Flevoland, RTV Utrecht and RTV Oost can be requested on Philips TV sets.
In the Netherlands, Philips Net TV already offers the catch-up services from the national pubic broadcasters, called Uitzending Gemist, and from RTL, called RTL Gemist.
The move is part of a growing trend by broadcasters to offer their catch-up TV and VOD services on connected devices. In France, MTV and the audiovisual archives from INA also joined Philips Net TV.
