The Czech/Slovak pre-pay satellite platform CS Link is understood to be close to a change in ownership.
According to E15, several months of negotiations are coming to an end, with the outcome likely to be the sale of a 100% stake in Media Vision, which operates CS Link, to the Luxembourg-based M7 Group.
Significantly, the Czech Radio and TV Council (RRTV) have expressed their prior consent to a possible change in ownership of Media Vision.
Media Vision has been in financial difficulties for some time and consolidated its assets last year.
The M7 Group meanwhile operates a number of satellite channels in the Benelux countries.
