The acquisition of cable business Welho helped fuel DNA’s fixed line network in 2010.
Late last year it was announced that DNA would merge Welho into its existing operations. Discussions on the restructuring and negotiations with staff began on January 3.
At the end of December, DNA’s fixed-line network had 1,060,000 telephone, broadband and cable TV subscriptions. This compares to 1,059,000 at the end of September and 647,000 in December 2009.
