The Russian DTH platform Orion Express has made two key appointments.
According to an announcement by the company, Aleksandr Kovalsky has taken on the role of director for the development of multimedia platforms.
In his new position, Kovalsky, who has extensive experience in pay-TV and lists Irdeto, Huawei and Watson Telecom amongst his previous employers, will be responsible for the development and launch of new products and solutions for customers, as well as interaction with equipment manufacturers.
Jana Belskaya has meanwhile been appointed director for development of TV services.
She is a recognized expert in Russian pay-TV, having worked at the National Association of Broadcasters (NAT) for more than nine years.
